Troubleshooting Appointment (Online)

An online troubleshooting appointment for reusable nappies. This appointment is perfect for those who already have their nappies and need a helping hand with using them, whether you're struggling with fit, or you need advice on washing or leaks.

We charge a small fee to discourage no-shows. The cost of the appointment can be deducted from any £20+ purchase that is made on the day, making the appointment free!

Appointment times vary, and will run for approximately 30 minutes. Feel free to sit in on the Zoom call as a family - babies are welcome!

You will also receive a £5 voucher to redeem the cost of your call off of any purchase, making the class effectively free! You will receive your zoom link via email before the class.
